Receive Formal GST Proforma
We issue a formal Proforma Invoice with product base rate, 18% GST itemization, transportation subsidies, and confirmed warehouse dispatch date.
Order Confirmation & Advance
Confirm your order against the proforma. Standard 500-ream orders operate on 100% advance transfer; larger truckload orders operate on 40% advance milestone.
Pallet Allocation & Bay Loading
Your stock is strapped and palletized at our central depot in Guwahati, Assam. High-resolution photos of loaded pallets and driver lorry receipt (LR) are sent to you.
Transit & Offloading
Track carrier movement in real-time until delivery at your warehouse or retail facility.
Key Procurement Terms
- Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 500 reams (50 boxes / 5-ream cartons)
- Wholesale pricing strictly applies to verified B2B buyers and retail stationers
- Offloading at destination is arranged by the buyer unless forklift services are booked
- All quotations are 100% inclusive of 18% GST with formal tax invoice
