Depot Access Requirements
Warehouse and trade counter visits are conducted by prior appointment only — schedule 48 hours in advance via WhatsApp.
A security deposit equivalent to the base MOQ order value (500 reams) is required to block an executive visitation slot.
The deposit is 100% refundable if you decide not to proceed with an order after inspection.
Alternatively, the deposit is instantly credited as the advance payment for your maiden consignment.
