When you request a quotation or contact our trade desk, we collect business contact information: company name, authorized representative name, phone/WhatsApp number, email address, delivery location, GSTIN, and paper volume requirements. We also monitor anonymized website engagement metrics to optimize load speeds.
How We Utilize Corporate Information
Information is used strictly to prepare proforma invoices, verify stock allocation in our Guwahati depot, schedule road/rail transport, and manage customer service. Amit Paper Work never sells or rents corporate procurement data to third-party brokers.
Security, Encryption & Retention
Communications transmitted via Cloudflare-protected forms and official WhatsApp business channels are safeguarded with industry-standard TLS encryption. Commercial invoice records are retained in compliance with statutory Indian GST accounting standards.
